Civilization: The Fall of Legendary Tokugawa

So I advanced a little bit, and I decided I'd start a war with my dear neighbour.
I don't have any troops, so I'm in a lot of trouble.
I don't really like this game, and I don't really know how to play it.
But I think I did pretty good.
